April 2008

As with March, the Club is not arranging any events this month as the focus for Scottish Orienteering is on Edinburgh & The World Schools Orienteering Championships.

With the hours of daylight now increasing training runs for members shall now incorporate some basic navigational work using the following areas & parks within.

Wednesday 2nd April - NW Glasgow- meet St.Thomas Aquinas School @ 6pm for 6.15pm start.

Wednesday 9th April - E Glasgow - meet at Tollcross Park Sports Centre Car Park @ 6pm for 6.15pm start.

Wednesday 16th April - SW Glasgow - meet at Burrell Car Park in Pollok Country Park@ 6pm for 6.15pm start.

Wednesday 23rd April - No training organised due to World Schools Championships.

Wednesday 30th April - Long Lanarkshire Run - meet at Palacerigg Country Park Main Car Park @ 6pm for 6.15pm start.
