Exit Junction 23 from M8 West & follows signs for Glasgow Ski Centre/Art Lovers Car Park.

Sportident (Si) electronic punching shall be used. Maps pre-marked & printed on waterproof paper.

Format shall be as follows. Pre-marked map with 19 controls numbered 31 > 49. From the Start YOU decide which control to visit first. After this control you must then visit the remaining 18 controls in numerical order or in reverse numerical order.
If you go to "49" first you then continue either "48" > "47" etc or "31" > "32" etc. Direct route just over 5k. Mass Start @ 7.30pm.

STAG's Night Events begin on Wednesday 22nd October 2008 in Alexandra Park, G32.

Maps issued 2 minutes before you start (Thinking Time) with Mass Start @ approximately 7.30pm.
Parking & assembly is off Dee Street which can only be accessed by car from turning off Cumbernauld Rd at the Vogue Bingo Hall & following for 200m then sharp turn to dead end.
By Car from M8 West exit at Jct12 & turn RIGHT down Cumbernauld Rd for approx 1 mile then RIGHT @ Vogue Bingo Hall & into Dee St.
By Car from M8 East exit at Jct 12 & turn LEFT down Cumbernauld Rd for approx 7/8 mile & turn RIGHT @ Vogue Bingo Hall & into Dee St.
If coming by Train, Alexandra Park Station is located at the SW Corner of the Park. Our Assembly is on the East side so walk along Alexandra Parade & follow boundary fence round & into Provan Rd & cross at Pelican crossing to Assembly. You could cut thru the park if you wish & save 1/2 mile.

The format for this Event shall be as follows- 3 options on offer
a) Mass Start - 19 controls to be visited but can't be visited in numerical sequence or adjacent numbers. This means that if you go to Control 35 you cannot then go directly to 34 or 36. A time to exercise those brain cells I'm afraid.
b) Short Cross Country Course - Select from the options on offer on the night.
c) All the controls in any order.
There is No Champions League action in Glasgow on 22nd October.
