Local events are usually low key and in the 'localised' area, ideal for newcomers to try the sport and Activities are non competitive events used for training and coaching, aimed at members of the club, but they can attract people from neighbouring clubs, and are often ideal for newcomers to try the sport. Regional events attract participants from around the local Region, National events are high quality competitions that will attract people from far away, Major events are Major Events such as a British Championships.

Pre Event Info

Our weekly Spring season of orienteering events in Glasgow/Lanarkshire continues with a Postbox-O challenge around the Woodlands / Finnieston area in west Glasgow.

A park-based challenge will also be available for beginners in nearby Kelvingrove Park.

Final details will be available on Friday, with registration closing on Monday evening (pre-registration is necessary under Covid-rules).

60 minute, 40 minute and sprint (20 minute) versions will be available.

Starting time options from 6pm, 6.15pm, 6.30pm, 6.45pm and 7pm. No cost to participants.
