Explanation of Event levels
Local events are usually low key and in the 'localised' area, ideal for newcomers to try the sport and Activities are non competitive events used for training and coaching, aimed at members of the club, but they can attract people from neighbouring clubs, and are often ideal for newcomers to try the sport. Regional events attract participants from around the local Region, National events are high quality competitions that will attract people from far away, Major events are Major Events such as a British Championships.

The feared true downpours never materialised & the indoor HQ was a real bonus. Thanks to Gerry, Peter, Kenny, Fredrik, Rudi, Marta, Jo & John who helped bring in controls & clear up.

21 entries so far & I can extend entries till 10pm Tuesday as maps not being uplifted until Wednesday morning.
Long is 5km ; Medium 3.9km & Short 2.2km.
Due to the use of urban terrain Under 16s need to be accompanied by an Adult. The Short course remains on the west side of The River Clyde & does not reach Cuningar Woodland Park. Forecast isn't great - please weather bright clothing - STAG tabards are available to increase your own visibility to traffic.
