Local level event

Explanation of Event levels

Local events are usually low key and in the 'localised' area, ideal for newcomers to try the sport and Activities are non competitive events used for training and coaching, aimed at members of the club, but they can attract people from neighbouring clubs, and are often ideal for newcomers to try the sport. Regional events attract participants from around the local Region, National events are high quality competitions that will attract people from far away, Major events are Major Events such as a British Championships.

Everything was going so well before, during & even after DP3 that it looked like a record turn around in the results but

on downloading the SI Box it transpired that our Start Box had magically changed to a Print Station. The best I can do is guestimate how long YOU took from Check to go to Start - I have inserted a Start Time for every person - & then your 1st Control.

Thus the times are longer than your print out as your time had been calculated from your 1st Control & not the Start Unit.

I have just finished interrogating all the SI Boxes use and the splits do all seem correct - Sorry Catriona :(.

From now on, primarily due to the drain on batteries we shall return to standard SI Controls & if SIAC is enabled this shall be stated in our pre-event details.
